Waste Wise Revolution Art Contest: Call for Submissions!

by | Mar 5, 2021 | Community

Second Harvest is now accepting visual art pieces from young artists and students who want to express their vision of a Canada with No Waste. No Hunger.

We are better when we work together and when it comes to food waste reduction, we don’t need a handful of people doing it perfectly, we need a million people starting that journey imperfectly, today – and getting creative!

We are looking for: food art, drawings, sketches, paintings, digital works, fine art photography, mixed media and more. Selected pieces will be published on our website, and a few lucky artists will get the chance to win special prizes and be featured as part of our upcoming Waste Wise Revolution!

Submission Deadline: March 31, 2021 11:59pm EST. There are great prizes of Visa gift cards and Second Harvest prize packs to be won!

Head to our website to explore our mission and impact to spark some inspiration!

We’re partnered with Loblaw Companies Limited to help Canadians reduce their food waste and we thank them for their support!
